Innovation of the continuous heater furnace line
Our designer's job was to design such modifications, with the production of refractory furnace inserts to avoid repeated deformations, especially in the hot air leaving the insert, and in the burner area. All our offered modifications have been approved by our customer.
The insert is made of heat-resistant stainless steel. It is exposed to temperatures of 700 - 900 ° C in its own operation. The entire line is hung on the frame, insulated and inserted into its own furnace, which serves to heat the precious metal blanks from the forging. After it was completed, the customer overtook the whole product and did not find any defects and he expressed us maximum satisfaction with its execution.
