Our colleagues from the Bratislava branch completed Gallery hall in Bratislava with an unconventional exhibition spaces using our LIKO-Space® movable walls. Both the tenant and the architect are excited about their high variability and functionality. They fully meet their expectations, because you can set different surfaces and panels for exhibition purposes. Opening of the first exhibition is scheduled in March 2014.

Industrial fan made in LIKO-S: emphasis on energy saving

Our colleagues from Metal Production prepared and constructed a test prototype of an industrial fan. Within a short time they want to start its custom manufacturing. Industrial fans that we produce must meet several criteria. In particular, the parameters have to match the exact requirements given by the customer: The amount of air supplied, the working pressure must endure in an environment in which it will work, must be robust enough for a long lifespan, and most importantly, the maximum efficiency so that the customer doesn’t pay unnecessary energy cost for its propulsion. In terms of industrial fans, which will be produced (for example 150 kW units) increased efficiency by just one percent can bring savings up to € 2.000 annually, that’s €20.000 in 10 years. These are numbers that the customer will certainly like to hear. We are confident that with this new industrial fan we will succeed on the market and it will be among our other successful products.

Christmas and New Year's greeting from our friend Jim DeBold from USA

Hello Team LIKO-S, We insulated Wynonna Judd’s house yesterday near Nashville Tennessee. Not an extremely large home but very nice on a large piece of property. We have developed a new logo and will be relabeling all of our vehicles in the next 2 months. As Jan and Petr saw in their visit we have the standard Icynene decal package and will be moving to an Epiphany Foam focused advertising with much smaller reference to the material manufacturer. I will also will be borrowing an idea from your team and labeling the inside of all swinging doors so that even when the door is open we will be advertising! As you can see in this photo the passenger rear door is open and almost completely blocks our name and logo … I want to wish each of you and the entire Liko-S family a happy and healthy Holiday season! We are installing suspended ceilings above the arctic circle

Last year we have tested ourselves by installing our inLIKO inhall units in an extreme 45 degree heat at the Masdar University in a desert outside of AbuDhabi, UAE. This year we are installing suspended ceilings in a Norwegian city called Bodø which is 70 km above the arctic circle.Investor of the project is the city of Bodø and our nearly 10 000 sqm of ceiling will serve the local high school. The installation group working on this project is our long term proven and very experienced group led by Mr. Ventruba. We are scheduled to be here until December 20th and we will continue with the installation from January 6th to the end of April 2014.

Successful supervisory audit for ISO 9001 and 14001

On Tuesday 29th October supervisory audit for ISO 9001 and 14001 took the place. At the end of this audit was stated that our system of quality and environment got better in our company. The results are especially recommendations what to improve next in evidence, disposal waste and packages.
